The website where Merchant offers products/services and where Transactions are initiated.
Transaction:
Order or request placed by the User to purchase products or services listed on the Platform.
Transaction Amount:
The amount paid by the User in connection with a Transaction.
User:
Any person availing products and/or services on the Platform.
3. Merchant’s Rights
We may collect, store and share information provided by you in order to deliver the services or contact you regarding your use of the Platform.
4. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide true, complete and up-to-date information including name, email, phone, address, age, gender and accurate payment details as required to complete Transactions.
5. Prohibited Actions
While using the Platform, you agree NOT to:
• Collect data to build a database without permission
• Create fake accounts or use automated/bot actions
• Interfere with security features
• Mislead or defraud other users
• Impersonate another individual
• Reverse engineer or modify Platform software
• Upload viruses or harmful code
• Harass or threaten employees or users
• Use the Platform for illegal, abusive, or competitive purposes
6. Limitation of Liability
In case of defective products or services, the User’s sole remedy is to initiate the refund process. We disclaim liability for any losses. The User agrees to indemnify the Merchant against any damages resulting from breach of the Terms.
7. Guidelines for Reviews
Reviews must:
• Be based on real experiences
• Not contain abusive, discriminatory, offensive or false statements
• Not promote or encourage others to post misleading reviews
We reserve the right to remove or reject any reviews.
By posting reviews, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, modify, and distribute the review content.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Bengaluru, conducted in English, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The arbitration decision will be final and binding.

10. Disclaimer
By initiating a Transaction, you enter a legally binding contract.
You must use accurate payment details and legal sources of funds.
We do not guarantee the Platform will be error-free or virus-free.
Users are responsible for using their own security and antivirus protection.
