Service Pricing & Commission Structure

LSI (Leadership Solutions International) follows a performance-based “Success Fee” model. Our clients are only invoiced once a candidate successfully joins the organization.

1. Professional Recruitment Fee

Our service fee is calculated as a percentage of the candidate’s Annual Gross CTC (Cost to Company), depending on the seniority of the role:

Note: All service fees are subject to 18% GST as per Government of India regulations.

2. Payment Terms & Conditions

  • Invoice Date: The invoice is generated on the first day of the candidate’s joining.

  • Credit Period: Payment must be cleared within 15 business days of the joining date.

  • Mode of Payment: We accept Bank Transfers (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS), UPI, and Corporate Cheques.

3. 90-Day Free Replacement Guarantee

We prioritize quality hiring. However, if a candidate placed by LSI resigns or is terminated within 90 days (3 months) of their joining date:

  • LSI will provide a One-Time Free Replacement for the same position.

  • This guarantee is valid only if the original recruitment invoice was cleared within the 15-day credit period.

4. Anti-Circumvention & Penalty Clause

To protect our business interests and the integrity of our talent pool:

  • Direct Hiring: If an employer hires an LSI-introduced candidate directly (bypassing the LSI coordinator) within 12 months of introduction, a 200% penalty fee of the standard commission will be charged.

  • Supervision: All initial interview rounds must be coordinated by LSI. Unauthorized direct contact with candidates is a breach of our service agreement.

5. Volume Hiring / Retainer Model
