2. Purchase of Listing Packages (Vendor Plans)

When you purchase a Paid Package to list your services:

• Refund Eligibility: The purchase of a listing package is generally non-refundable, as visibility and the ability to submit listings are granted instantly upon activation.
• Exception: A refund may be considered if a technical error prevents your package from activating and you are unable to submit your listing, provided the request is made within 7 days of purchase.
• No-Refund Circumstances: No refund will be issued if your account or listing is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions.

3. Booking or Purchase of Vendor Services (Customer Transactions)

This section covers services booked or purchased from another Vendor listed on our platform:

• Our Role: We are solely a booking platform. We are not directly responsible for the quality, delivery, or fulfillment of the services provided by the independent Vendors.
• Vendor Responsibility: The Vendor is solely responsible for all service-related refunds (e.g., service not delivered, unsatisfactory service, or booking cancellation).
• How to Claim:
  1. You must first contact the Vendor directly to request a refund.
  2. If the Vendor does not resolve the issue within 7 days, you may file a complaint with us at [Your Email Address], and we will attempt to assist in mediation.
• Platform Fees: If we charge a platform commission fee on the booking, that fee is typically non-refundable unless the entire booking was canceled due to a technical platform error.
