Terms & Conditions (Service Policy)
Welcome to LSI (Leadership Solutions International). By using our database or hiring candidates through our platform, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
1. Candidate Recruitment & Supervision

Mandatory Supervision: All interviews, whether physical, telephonic, or virtual, must be conducted under the strict supervision of an LSI representative.

No Direct Contact: Employers/Clients are strictly prohibited from contacting the candidate directly using any information obtained from our portal without prior written consent from LSI.
2. Service Charges & Commission

Placement Fee: Upon the successful selection and joining of a candidate, the Employer agrees to pay a service charge/commission as per the pre-agreed percentage of the candidate’s annual or monthly CTC.

Invoicing: LSI will raise an invoice once the candidate joins the organization, and payment must be cleared within the stipulated credit period.
3. Non-Circumvention (Direct Hiring Restriction)

Restriction: If an Employer hires a candidate introduced by LSI within 12 months of the introduction without informing LSI, it will be considered a breach of contract.

Penalty: In case of a breach, the Employer will be liable to pay double the standard commission as a penalty, and LSI reserves the right to take legal action and permanently blacklist the organization.
4. Replacement Policy

If a selected candidate leaves the organization within a specific “Guarantee Period” (usually 30 to 90 days), LSI will provide a one-time free replacement for the same profile, provided all previous dues are cleared.
5. Data Privacy & Confidentiality

The candidate profiles provided are confidential and meant only for the internal recruitment of the inquiring company. Sharing these profiles with third parties is strictly prohibited.
6. Legal Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
